Shipping
Most orders are processed and shipped within one business day. Orders are typically shipped prepaid via USPS Priority Mail to addresses within the United States.
Vida Lifescience currently ships only within the United States. For international orders, please visit Aurora Nutrascience.
Delivery times provided by carriers are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, or other events beyond our control.
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
Once a package has been transferred to the carrier, shipping responsibility passes to the carrier. If tracking shows a package as delivered, Vida Lifescience is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please:

Check around your delivery location and with household members or neighbors

Contact the shipping carrier directly to open a trace or claim

Contact us so we may assist when possible
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within five (5) business days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the package and product so we can review the issue and assist with a replacement, correction, or carrier claim if applicable.
Promotions, Free Goods & Bonus Items
From time to time, Vida Lifescience may offer promotional items, free samples, tote bags, bonus products, Buy One Get One (BOGO) offers, or other complimentary goods with qualifying purchases.
Promotional Terms

Promotional offers are available for a limited time while supplies last and may be changed or discontinued without notice.

Free goods, samples, bonus items, and promotional merchandise have no cash value and are not redeemable for cash or store credit.

Promotional items may be substituted with an item of equal or greater value when necessary.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.

We reserve the right to limit quantities and reject orders that abuse promotional programs.
Returns Involving Promotions

If a qualifying purchase is returned and the return causes the order to no longer meet the promotional requirements, the value of any free or discounted promotional item may be deducted from the refund.

Free goods, samples, tote bags, bonus items, and other promotional merchandise are expected to be returned with the qualifying order in order to receive a full refund. If promotional items are not returned, their retail value may be deducted from the refund.

Promotional items received with an order may be required to be returned in new/unused condition to receive a full refund.

If a Buy One Get One or similar promotion is partially returned, the refund will be adjusted to reflect the promotional pricing applied to the original order.
Returns
Vida Lifescience is committed to providing quality products at an affordable price. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept eligible returns within thirty (30) days of the original shipping date.
Return Eligibility

Products must be returned in eligible condition.

Refunds are not available for Mega-Liposomal bottles that have been fully consumed.

We reserve the right to deny returns that are abused, excessive, or inconsistent with this policy.
Refund Terms

If your order qualified for free shipping, the actual outbound shipping cost paid by us will be deducted from your refund.

Original shipping charges paid by the customer are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise approved in writing.

If requested, we may provide a prepaid return shipping label at our discounted carrier rate, and that amount will be deducted from your refund.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 3–10 business days after processing for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
Return Instructions
To return by mail, please send your package prepaid through UPS or USPS. Be sure to include your name, order number, and return address. Returns without sender information may be refused or delayed.
Please allow up to two (2) weeks for processing once the return is received.
Product Storage & Heat Sensitivity
Our supplements should be stored according to label instructions. We are not responsible for damage, leakage, spoilage, or reduced product quality resulting from improper storage, exposure to extreme temperatures, or packages left unattended after delivery.
Health Disclaimer
Statements regarding these products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraud, unauthorized reseller activity, pricing errors, product availability issues, or violations of our policies.
