Ultra-Liposomal Biotin is one of the best forms of biotin you can get and as it is named ultra, it is really ultra. This is a high-end and powerful product and I love it!

Each serving provides 10000 mcg and this is a ridiculous amount of biotin. So my little piece of advice is to start to use one teaspoon and see the effect. Liposomal means a form of supplement that provides increased absorption and 8 times greater bioavailability. So if you do not know normal vitamin c and liposomal vitamin c are not the same. The supplements work as much as how your body absorbs them. I think you get the logic. That is why I love this product offers the liposomal forms of Biotin. The product also has some vitamins inside which is awesome. Also, this is not a magical product so you need to give it some time and see the effects.

This stuff is great! The taste isn't the best, but it's got some powerful ingredients for skin and nails. I've taken it for three days and I don't know how well the dietary function is yet as I only just started using this supplement, but I have to say it's a nice little boost to add some pep to your step and it does help curb appetite pretty well. Also my skin is already looking more vibrant and my hair feels fuller with noticeable less shedding and I'm here for it! Will update if diatery aspect turns out to be bad, but I feel like so far, it's excellent and actually does what it claims it will.

Aurora Nutrascience has created a great multi-supplement here! One tablespoon in the morning and one in the evening have been markedly beneficial to both my ameige and my general well-being. We have taken other seemingly similar supplements over the years but this actually makes a positive difference, which I attribute to all nutrients being administered via Liposomes, i.e. phospholipid molecules enclosing the nutrients. Liposomal supplements are proven by peer reviews to provide the highest and most potent bioavailability of any nutrient. We will continue to take this product. It’s on the expensive side yes, but one bottle last us both about three weeks.

Aurora Nutrascience Ultra-Liposomal Biotin comes in a nice bottle. The taste is not that great so it must be good for you and that is most important. The taste is not horrible and easy to get used to so don't let that sway you from trying this beneficial supplement. Good for maintaining long term hair skin and nails as we age. Must be refrigerated after opening sometimes this is bad as it's out of sight out of mind and easy to forget about. Maybe set a daily alarm for a reminder if you are busy like me and forget to take it. Cheers!
